Dear Lord if it should be,

that my pet must leave me,

please take care of them from that day on,

please place them in your loving arms.

I know you realize this is my best friend,

please tell my pet I'll see them again.

I thank you for my special friend,

no one can take away the time we spent,

being together and having fun,

taking care of each other , from the first day on.

Now my pet has someone new,

to share his self with and that is You.
